Not completely bad.
I have to admit that you are an incredibly talented animator. As usual, the overall presentation is astounding. I don't know how you do it, but the graphics in all of your submissions are very well polished, and that especially goes for this one. Now that I've got that out of the way, let's talk about the actual game play. I don't like the enemies. For one thing, they are kind of dull-looking. Most of them just look like little flying circles and ovals that have been painted grey. Not only that, I also hate how they have the ability to pass through solid objects. Never, in any game, have I ever enjoyed fighting enemies that have that annoying ability. It is especially annoying when they reemerge for only short periods of time and then pass through an object again so that you can't hit them. Another thing that I don't like is the way the camera moves. Although this sort of camera works well in the Smash Bros. games, that's only because the enemy movements aren't nearly as chaotic in those games as they are in this one. It's kind of hard to explain, but I'll try to do my best. Let's say that there is more than one enemy on the screen. If they are far away from one another, the camera will zoom out far enough so that you can see them both. However, if one of them moves completely off-screen, the camera will just zoom right back in real fast, and once the enemy moves back on-screen, the camera will zoom out again real fast. All of these strange enemy movements cause the camera to thrash about in a very nauseating manner, which makes it very hard to concentrate on hitting your opponent. Once all the enemies are finally dealt with, the camera will zoom in on you so close, that it becomes hard to see the next platform in front of you until you jump, which will fortunately make the camera zoom back a little. Even if all of these problems were dealt with, what you would still be left with is just an ordinary platforming-shooter game that looks pretty, but has no other unique qualities beyond that. Nevertheless, I still hope to see more stuff from you in the future.
